Can we bring food and drinks, including alcohol?We welcome self-catering at no additional charge. Guests of legal age are welcome to bring alcohol.

Can we bring the necessary items that will allow us to cook or grill during our rental?No we are not permitted by the Food and Drug Administration of Fort Wayne to allow cooking or grilling on our property by guests during a rental.

Can we bring alcohol?Yes, we allow guests to bring alcohol.

Can we come early to decorate?We allow the guest who made the reservation and a maximum of 4 other guests to arrive 30 min before reservation to decorate/set up and a maximum of 30 min after the reservation time is over to clean up/tear down for a flat fee of $50

Can we bring our own bowling shoes and ball?Yes! We welcome guest to bring their own bowling accessories.

Can we bowl barefoot?No, we strictly prohibit guests to bowl without proper bowling shoes and/or the provided bowling shoe covers.

Do you offer overnight rentals?No we do not offer overnight rental options

Are shoes included?Yes! Shoes are included in your bowling rate. We provide bowling shoes for children and disposable bowling shoes covers for youth and adults that go over guests' shoes. The first pair are free, if guest would need a 2nd pair due to damage there will be a purchase fee of $5.00.

Are there any age restrictions?Reservation: Our venue requires a guest to be at least 25 yrs old to make a reservation. Guests: No, not to be a guest, but we do discourage parties for a child 6 years or younger where the majority of children attending would be 6 or younger. We do allow events where 6 and under may be attending but is the minority.

Can we change the number of guests attending after we have made our reservation?Yes, we allow up to 48 hours before reservation to edit the number of guests attending.

Do we still have to pay the full hourly rate for the number of guests we have in our reservation if not everyone is bowling?Yes, our hourly rate is based on guests renting the recreational building which includes such amenities like bowling. House of Pins is a recreational venue.

Can we extend our rental time during our reservation?We welcome guests the opportunity to extend their rental time during their reservation if that extra time is available. This is up to owners digression. If permitted, payment would is required before rental extension would be accepted.

Does the guest who made the reservation have to be present during the whole rental time?Yes, we require the guest who made the reservation to be present during the entire reservation.

Do guests get charged if they are not out of the building by the designated time their reservation ends.Yes, we will charge the guest who made the reservation $50-$100 depending how much time they go over their rental reservation.

When does the guest who made the reservation get their damage security deposit refunded to them?The damage security deposit is refunded 48 hours after the reservation has ended to allow proper time to assess building.

What if my group is Tax Exempt?Provide your Tax Exempt Certificate and tax will not be charged. If no certificate is received, tax will be charged.

Are buses or large vans allowed to park in House of Pin's parking lot?Yes, we welcome groups that travel by bus or van to use the provided parking lot.

Where do I park, how many cars?We encourage carpooling, please note we only have 10 parking spots for guests. More then 10 will result in cars getting parked in. In that case, we are happy to assist in helping guests to park and exit if being parked in is not an issue. We provide picture illustrations with detailed directions for all guests at time of rental to guide them smoothly to the back of our property where our parking lot resides. We strictly prohibit parking on the neighborhood street. This is a violation of city code.

Do we have to fill out a waiver?Yes, the renting guest will be required to review our rental agreement and returned signed to be able to rent House of Pins. This waives owners of all liability.

What is your check-in policy?To kick off your recreational fun smoothly, we kindly ask that the registering guest arrive at least 10 minutes early before all other guests arrive at the time of your scheduled reservation. This gives us the chance to welcome you, provide a tour and instructions to all the amenities. If you're running late for your reservation please call us at 260-450-5426. We do not refund late arrivals or extend time to compensate for the lost rental time without additional charges. Please respect our time, reservations are expected to end at the designated time, which means clean up and tear down should be finished by the time your reservation has ended. If you need extra time we charge $50 for a 30 min early arrival for the renter and an extra 30 min after the rental ends to clean up and tear down. This is only honored when arranged and paid for before reservation starts. To run our business efficiently, we depend on renters to be leaving when their reservation is over so we can have adequate time to clean and sanitize before the next rental. If renter goes over their designated rental time they will be charged full pricing for the amount of time they went over their reservation.

Cancellation Policy60 Days Prior to Reservation Date: Guests may request to cancel their reservation for a full refund up to 60 days prior the scheduled date and time of their booking. 30 Days Prior to Reservation Date: Guests may request to cancel their reservation for a refund of half the amount of payment up to 30 days before the scheduled date and time of their booking. Failure to cancel or modify the reservation within the specified 60-30 day window and subsequent no-show for the reservation will result in forfeiture of the payment made for the reservation. Requests to modify the number or guests or hours can be managed up to 48 hours before the scheduled date and time of their booking by contacting us directly at 260-450-5426.

Owner Reschedule PolicyPlease note that we reserve the right to reschedule your booking in the event of a private party or a full venue buyout. In such cases, we will make every effort to accommodate your booking on an alternative date that suits your schedule. If rescheduling is not possible, we will provide a full refund.

Violation of RulesThe reserving guest is responsible to make sure all guests are provided the rules before the reservation. PLEASE NOTE: ALL GUESTS ARE EXPECTED TO BE FAMILIAR WITH HOUSE OF PINS' RULES. Violation of these rules can terminate the rental with no refund at the discretion of the owner. Additional fees may be incurred as a fine for violating certain rules. This will be taken out of the refundable security deposit.
